Leasing Assistant
The Assistant Leasing Agent supports the leasing team in managing residential properties. This role focuses on assisting with leasing activities, maintaining occupancy rates, and delivering excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants.
Key responsibilities :
- Greet and assist prospective tenants, providing tours and information about available units.
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with processing rental applications and conducting background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and tenant interactions.
- Support marketing efforts, including posting listings and hosting open houses.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and key handovers.
- Address tenant concerns and escalate issues to the property manager as needed.
Preferred skills :
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Pay and benefits :
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
