About the Role
In this role, you will focus on developing, refining, and implementing manufacturing processes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and uphold the highest quality standards. This position involves close collaboration with design, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth integration of new technologies, equipment, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive process development, design, and optimization across manufacturing operations.
- Select and integrate equipment to meet production and quality requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support production, resolve issues, and enhance workflows.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ITAR, NADCAP , and other relevant standards.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to align materials, processes, and schedules.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering , or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).5–7 years of relevant experience, ideally within defense or aerospace manufacturing .
