Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our product team in refining design concepts for production, ensuring a seamless handoff to engineering while maintaining fidelity to our design system. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, facilitating the end stages of the design process and translating product strategy into user-centric design deliverables. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between design ideation and technical execution, ensuring our enterprise applications meet our high standards for user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Support product teams by refining design concepts into production-ready experiences, complete with comprehensive documentation for engineering handoff.
Collaborate across disciplines to ensure a cohesive design process and inspire productive dialogue, especially during final design stages.
Create and maintain design deliverables such as user flows, sketches, and wireframes, emphasizing detailed execution for seamless handoff.
Document design meetings and results with precision, making sure all materials are ready for engineering consumption.
Translate product requirements into buildable user experiences, focusing on alignment with our design system and readiness for final-stage execution.

Must-Have Skills :

Profound experience in UX design of enterprise applications, with a focus on execution and delivery.

Demonstrated ability to refine and finalize designs for production, including working knowledge of design systems.

Effective collaboration within cross-functional teams, prioritizing UX issues and facilitating the end-of-pipeline design process.
