Safety & Security Officer

The safety and security officer preserves the peace and good order within Rochester Regional Health facilities. Additionally, ensuring a safe environment for all that is on the property. Performs security patrols, answers security calls, conducts initial investigations, actively participates in visitor and patient safety initiatives, and responds to emergencies. Provides superior customer service by modeling Rochester Regional Values.

Attributes :

• One year of work experience in the fields of Safety and Security, Public Safety and / or Law Enforcement.
• Demonstrated professionalism
• Ability to think quickly and make decisive judgments
• Ability to remain calm in high stress situations

Pay Range : $21.00 - $23.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
