[job_card.job_description]Proven track record of having strong Leadership Skills Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a production environment Prior experience in the steel industry (required); Tube Mill experience (preferred) Work in a fast paced environment and work overtime as needed Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills Computer literacy Quality audit experience (preferred)
Responsibilities :
- Training planning assigning and directing work in a manufacturing environment
- All aspects of plant performance and will ensure that objectives are obtained in a cost-effective manner thats consistent with the quality requirements for products
- Work hands-on with other supervisors as well as production employees to assist in meeting our production requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Continuous improvement of tube mill operation and employees
- Other duties as assigned
