    • CIVIL FEDERAL PROJECT MANAGER IMPACT :

    We are looking for a seasoned project manager with a passion for delivering exceptional results on civil engineering projects for federal clients. This is a fast-paced environment and need someone who possess the expertise to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and standards.

    CIVIL FEDERAL PROJECT MANAGER DETAILS :

  • Managing design-bid and design-bid-build projects for federal clients, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Navigating complex regulatory frameworks and standards, including UFCs, USACE District Standards, Federal Department Regulations, and others
  • Ensuring ABA / ADA compliance, Anti-Terrorism Force Protection, and Low Impact Development requirements
  • Facilitating Charrette procedures and overseeing SpecIntact specification writing
  • Writing Design Analysis, Design Narratives, and Proposals as needed
  • Traveling for site visits and representing the organization in large meetings
  • Collaborating with a multi-discipline, multi-firm team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

    • CIVIL FEDERAL PROJECT MANAGER BACKGROUND :

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
  • Minimum of five years of experience in civil engineering project management for federal clients
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet project deadlines
