Human Resources Generalist
We are a Family Owned and Operated Road Construction Company in business since 1947 and located in SW Broward County. We are looking to fill the position for a Full-time Human Resources Generalist. The applicant must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the HR field and 2 years in an office setting. Experience in the Construction and / or Trucking industry is preferred. Duties include but are not limited to maintenance of employee files, health / life / dental insurance administration, on-boarding, employment advertising, drug-free workplace program administration including DOT Randoms, employment verification, assist employees with various matters, etc. Must be reliable, have great attention to detail, good computer skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
