Job Description :

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will analyze user requirements, workflows, and system capabilities to improve or automate existing processes. This role involves managing company-wide data systems, collaborating with internal and external teams to create a single source of truth, and using data-driven approaches to identify root causes and implement new business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage company-wide data systems and related projects, supporting data governance for the business.
• Collaborate with partner teams to define technical requirements for systems and processes.
• Identify root causes of problems and develop data-driven solutions and business processes.
• Conduct analysis, interpret technical documents, and draw valid conclusions regarding user needs.
• Provide technical guidance and develop user documentation, training guides, and manuals.
• Gather requirements from business units and translate them for developers.
• Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses for system implementation decisions.
• Coordinate and link computer systems within the organization to improve compatibility and information sharing.
• Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies :

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00 / hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
