The Accounts Payable is focused on managing corporate credit card programs and expense reporting systems and reports to the Director, Accounts Payable.

This role is perfect for an individual who is detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong communicator. A vital member of the Accounting Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include :

• Serve as the Concur administrator, maintaining software access and GL coding rules
• Manage new credit card applications and ensure policy-compliant approvals
• Provide training and support for Concur and P-Card usage
• Monitor and audit expense reports for policy adherence and timely submission
• Reconcile expense activity with bank statements and ensure timely card terminations
