About the Role

Adecco is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aircraft Cabinet Builder – Lead Trainer to join our clients high-performance aerospace interiors team. In this role, you'll be responsible for constructing premium aircraft cabinetry using high-end veneers, laminates, and composite materials, while also serving as a hands-on mentor to junior cabinet builders. Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Term : Temp to hire after 6 months

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and train cabinet builders on industry best practices and techniques

Interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications

Work consistently with aerospace-grade materials

Construct large monuments, drawers, doors, and countertops using hardwood, Corian, and fiberglass

Apply veneer, adhesives, and inlays with attention to detail

Lay out and route cutouts for hardware and electrical components

Operate table saws, CNC machines, and pin routers

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Ensure quality standards and target deadlines are consistently met

Communicate effectively across all levels of the team and leadership

Support final assembly and troubleshooting as needed

Wear appropriate PPE and follow safety guidelines at all times

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 4 years of experience in aircraft cabinetry

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings

Skilled in the use of hand tools, saws, adhesives, and finishing techniques

Comfortable working with decimals, fractions, and measurement tools

Knowledge of proper handling of hazardous materials

Ability to fabricate components and make adjustments during assembly

Willingness to travel and work extended hours when needed

Must be able to qualify as a U.S. Person (per ITAR requirements)

Physical & Compliance Requirements

Must pass FAA / DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program

Able to lift 25 lbs. unassisted; up to 100 lbs. with help

Capable of standing, climbing, and reaching for extended periods

Normal or corrected vision required for precision work

Able to work in a non-dust-free environment

Pay Details : $68,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
