Empower Our Military Community – Financial Counselor

Join our mission-driven team supporting service members and their families through financial wellness—no sales, just impact. Work on-site at base, providing confidential, one-on-one guidance on :

  • Budgeting & debt management.
  • Investments & retirement planning.
  • Financial planning for life events (e.g., PCS, deployment).
  • Military pay & benefits.

What You Need :

  • Required Certification : AFC, or CFP®, or ChFC (must have at least one of these certifications).
  • Strong knowledge of military culture preferred.
  • Ability to pass background check / security clearance.

    • Work Environment :

  • Schedule : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM.
  • On-site designated office.
  • Team size : 1–5 members reporting to the Regional Manager.

    • Compensation :

  • Salary range for all locations : $53,000 – $85,000.
