Front Office - Patient Care Coordinator

Our patient-centered dental team is searching for a personable and friendly patient care coordinator to join us. As the first person the patient sees, we are looking for somone that is welcoming and enjoys greeting people into our dental home. We enjoy working together and our patients often comment about how friendly we are.

A warm telephone demeanor, enjoying working with people and the ability to multi-task are key assets.

Front Office Duties & Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice
• Scheduling appointments
• Assisting patients with completing forms
• Ensuing patients are scheduled for their next hygiene appointment
• Communicating with insurance companies and insurance verification
• Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed
• Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, scanning and emailing
