Assistant Community Manager (59267)

Qualifications :

• Minimum of two years of property management experience - Required
• Knowledge of Property Management software : Yardi  - Preferred
• Must have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs : Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Strong customer service skills
• Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of legal issues which affect community operations specifically all steps required in eviction process abandonment storage and Fair Housing.

Additional Information :

Heritage Park at Woodman - 155 units

$24-$25 hourly

Monday - Friday. 8am - 5pm and on call as needed.
