Position

Reporting to Intuit’s SVP of Creative, the Director of Ops will be a catalyst for scaling the impact of Intuit’s in-house Creative Studio. Here are three critical areas of responsibilities :

• Business ops and business affairs : Ensure the team is managing its large budget strategically and efficiently to deliver above and beyond outcomes for the Intuit brand, internally and externally.
• Creative / design ops : Ensure strategic prioritization of demands and allocate resources to deliver excellence at scale, with high velocity.
• Innovation practices : Transform how the team and the broader company innovates in the age of AI by leading the way and scaling innovation capabilities across the company.

Qualifications

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender to drive ongoing fair pay for employees. The expected base pay range for this position is : Bay Area California : 257,000.00 - 347,500.00
