Senior Staff Accountant

Mitchell Hamline School of Law is seeking to hire a full-time Senior Staff Accountant. The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for complex accounting duties which may include ensuring the overall processing of all journal entries analysis of data preparation of management reports and financial statements assist with audit prep and process and account reconciliations in accordance with GAAP. Areas of responsibility include prepaids accruals fixed assets grants and addition this position assists in documenting policies and procedures for the department.

• Prepaids accruals fixed assets grants and pledges.

Daily Cash

Account Reconciliation

Financial Statements & Management Reporting

Audit

Policies and Procedures

Pay Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $75000 - $90000 per year.
