Looking for an Experienced Project Manager Ready for a Challenge?

Currently looking for a Project Manager with experience in Heavy Highway / Heavy Civil, Excavation, underground utilities, site concrete, and asphalt paving projects. Experience should include experience with ground-up projects of $15M-$40M+. Contactor is a leader in Oregon. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running. Projects start immediately, but willing to wait for the right candidate.

Responsibilities :

• Work with the project team on developing and implementing project procedures, CPM Master schedules, and standards for building.
• Review the work for conformance with the specifications, acceptable levels of quality, safety, and schedule.
• Determine method of construction, material requirements, and equipment. Experience with estimating is preferred.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Coordinate, plan, and supervise workforce and subcontractors.
