Familiarity with fluid flow, machining, and the design of pressure-containing equipment. Proficiency with 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred). Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to manage projects independently. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Experience with military or defense-related projects is desirable. Knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM, or other relevant standards, would be a plus. Background in industrial valves, pumps, or related fluid-handling equipment is desirable. Hands-on experience working with manufacturing teams.

Your duties
- Design, analyze, and develop pressure-containing equipment, components, and assemblies.
- Support manufacturing by troubleshooting product issues and optimizing designs for manufacturability.
- Collaborate with Sales to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage projects from concept through production, including schedules, deliverables, and technical reviews.
- Perform calculations and analyses related to fluid flow, stress, and performance.
- Prepare and maintain detailed CAD models, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and military specifications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in engineering and production.
