About the Opportunity

Beaufort Memorial is excited to bring Emergency Department services in-house and is seeking Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our growing, high-performing team.

Highlights include :

• Work alongside a collaborative team of Emergency Medicine Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
• Shift lengths : 10- and 12-hour shifts
• 2.0 patients / hour average with a broad and diverse case mix
• Full scope of emergency medicine with proficiency in all ER procedures required
• 24 / 7 in-house support from Anesthesia, Pediatric Hospitalists, and Hospitalists
• Trauma surgery available on call
• Access to a wide range of specialties, including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Neurology, ENT, GI, Nephrology, General Surgery, and Vascular Surgery
• Intensivist coverage 7A-7P ; Hospitalists cover ICU overnight with intensivist backup on call
• FAST Track available for ESI 3-5 patients
• Employed and 1099 options available
