Seeking a highly motivated Lead Customer Service Representative to supervise a team of customer service specialists, ensuring top-tier service delivery. This role involves team coaching, issue resolution, and process oversight, focused on maintaining superior customer experience in a fast-paced support environment.
Key Responsibilities :Supervise daily operations and performance of the customer service team.Support and build a high-performing service-oriented team.Track and analyze daily / weekly team metrics and performance.Provide advanced support for escalated customer concerns.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.Complete team and department reports as required.Requirements :4+ years of customer service experience, including 1 year in a team lead / supervisory capacity.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.Proven ability to handle pressure, multitask, and organize effectively.Comfortable working in a high-call-volume environment.Ability to handle and resolve escalations professionally.Preferred Skills :Call center experience.Bilingual (English / Spanish).Excellent customer service mindset with problem-solving orientation.
