Job Title : Lead Customer Service Representative

Location : Bridgeport, CT

Job Type : Contract

Max PR : $21 / hour

Schedule : Tuesday-Saturday | 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

  • Job Summary :

Seeking a highly motivated Lead Customer Service Representative to supervise a team of customer service specialists, ensuring top-tier service delivery. This role involves team coaching, issue resolution, and process oversight, focused on maintaining superior customer experience in a fast-paced support environment.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Supervise daily operations and performance of the customer service team.
  • Support and build a high-performing service-oriented team.
  • Track and analyze daily / weekly team metrics and performance.
  • Provide advanced support for escalated customer concerns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Complete team and department reports as required.
  • Requirements :
  • 4+ years of customer service experience, including 1 year in a team lead / supervisory capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to handle pressure, multitask, and organize effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a high-call-volume environment.
  • Ability to handle and resolve escalations professionally.
  • Preferred Skills :
  • Call center experience.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish).
  • Excellent customer service mindset with problem-solving orientation.
