A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and deployment of end-to-end ML systems for enterprise applications Develop and optimize large language models and ML infrastructure for enterprise standards Mentor engineers and influence technical strategy while collaborating with product teams Required Qualifications Experienced Python developer with knowledge of data structures and algorithms Proficient in data wrangling and machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning Familiar with Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch and MLOps practices Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and calculus Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
