CEI Senior Inspector Position Overview :

  • KEITH is seeking a CEI Senior Inspector  to lead and oversee Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) projects.
  • This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will bring extensive CEI experience, strong leadership, and technical expertise to mentor teams and support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage CEI projects at PBI, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards.
  • Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct field inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and agencies to facilitate project completion.
  • Prepare and review project reports, pay estimates, change orders, and documentation required for compliance.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to resolve construction-related issues.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet company and client expectations.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CEI, Airport, transportation, or infrastructure construction projects.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to make decisions in the field.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
