The Pharmacy Care Coordinator is responsible for providing clinical and technical support under the supervision of a registered pharmacist to coordinate ongoing care and treatment plans for Optum patients. Their duties involve interaction with customers, members, patients, providers, internal departments and / or external third parties.

Work Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM PST

The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
