We are currently seeking a highly skilled Software Business Analyst to join our Technology department and drive our mission forward. Role Summary : The Operations Support Engineer will provide critical operational support by managing and optimizing systems, ensuring efficient workflows, and assisting in the daily operational tasks of the Technology department. This role will specifically focus on supporting real estate software solutions, handling data entry and reporting tasks, and applying agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban to improve process efficiency. The ideal candidate will work independently, balancing high-quality results with a bias for action and execution. Essential Job Functions : Analyze, document, and refine business requirements to support operational needs. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues across multiple platforms and environments to ensure optimal system performance, data integrity, and user experience. Facilitate communication with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives. Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify opportunities for automation and system optimization. Evaluate and recommend software solutions by researching industry trends, tools, and automation options for new and existing software. Support software troubleshooting and root cause analysis , ensuring timely resolution of issues affecting business operations. Manage software setup, configuration, upgrades, and patching in collaboration with vendors. Education Experience & Qualifications : Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable strategies. Practical experience in the software industry, including working with software development teams and understanding business processes, is highly valued. Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization software. Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience in using and supporting key Real Estate Software Experience with SharePoint Administration Certifications in one or more Agile frameworks or methodologies. Experience with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Notion. Familiarity with Google BigQuery and Power BI, including enterprise reporting and data-driven decision-making. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
