Summary
We’re looking for a high‑performing and self‑motivated Power BI Developer with strong healthcare software solution expertise to join our M&O team and be the key resource for sustaining and supporting our analytics and reporting systems at Gainwell Technologies. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams, and involves ongoing interaction with a variety of end‑users and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Power BI, exceptional SQL skills, and experience with SSIS, possessing 8–15 years of hands‑on report and dashboard development experience across various data repositories (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes, data marts), metadata management, dimensional modeling, and ETL / integration.

The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 – $104,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
