Position Summary :

The controller role oversees all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. Responsibilities include full-cycle accounting, financial statement preparation, internal controls, and process improvements.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including month / year end close, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and revenue recognition.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, including proper revenue recognition according to ASC 606 and lease accounting under ASC 842.
• Prepare and review financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations, providing explanations for variances.
• Collaborate with management to develop budgets and forecasts.
• Lead annual audit processes and implement internal control enhancements.
