Location : Kilgore, Texas Pay : $22.00-24.00 / hr. DOE

Drive with Purpose. Grow with Waste Connections. We're looking for experienced and safety-minded CDL Drivers to join our growing team in Kilgore, Texas.

The Job

Safely operate a CDL Truck from our Kilgore yardstart and end your shift in the same location. Service residential routes with timely pickups and deliveries. Operate hydraulic and automated lifting systems to load / unload materials and containers. Work a consistent schedule : e.g., MonFri, 6 AM start | Approx. 5065 hrs. / week. Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers. Conduct daily pre / post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.

Requirements

Class A or B CDL Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience Clean MVR and safety-first mindset Physically able to lift 75+ lbs., climb in / out of truck, and work outdoors in all conditions
