Technical Sales Representative

What We’re Offerin g

• Remote Southern California – Candidate preference is to reside in LA or Orange County or surrounding cities, due to territory and regular regional travel requirements.
• Base Compensation Range : $82500-$123,900.  Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and / or location.
• Additional earning potential of 160%! Performance Based Quarterly Sales Incentive Pay.
• Company car, including maintenance, service, and gas card OR auto allowance with gas card
• Internal support provided to all TSRs via our Insides Sales Representatives with processing quotes, orders, etc.

Job Purpose

EnerSys is looking for a driven and results-oriented  Technical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling the trusted products and services our customers rely on. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, relationship building, and deal closing. We seek a motivated go-getter with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to effectively showcase our offerings to drive business growth.
