Accounts Payable Specialist

Description

e're seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to bring your AP expertise to new heights. In this full-time role, you'll handle outgoing payments, process high-volume invoices, reconcile vendor accounts, and support accurate financial reporting-all while working with diverse clients across industries. Job Duties :

• Process and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor bills
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status or issues
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation
• Follow internal controls and company policies for AP procedures
