Job Description :

• Performs help desk services providing 24 / 7 telephone support for vital equipment and problem resolution / troubleshooting to provide fault isolation and recommended corrective actions
• Analyzes technical data, failure analysis reports, and original equipment manufacturing notices to determine / formulate recommendations regarding system sparing, repair cycle venues, failure corrective actions, and sustainable replacement items
• Receive, track, document, and store parts in all phases of the repair cycle
• Experience or certification as an instructor / trainer
• Provides supply support through material research, ordering, warranty tracking, packaging, handling, storing and transporting
• Experience in logistics support, familiarity with logistics practices and processes
• Experience using logistics tools and metrics

Qualifications :

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $48,500 - $88,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
