JOB SUMMARY

Join the dynamic Growth Marketing team at Disney tasked with driving global subscriber growth through innovative strategies in media channels and ad technology solutions. As a Manager of Emerging Media Channels, you will lead the charge on activating, scaling, and optimizing new platforms like programmatic CTV and digital audio, while ensuring impactful ad tech enablement and efficient supply path optimization strategies to maximize performance. This role is perfect for those passionate about the intersection of media, technology, and performance marketing in the digital landscape.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Strategize and execute the activation of emerging tech-enabled media channels, ensuring efficient scale-up and partnership with external teams for pilot campaign successes.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate new ad technology solutions enhancing measurement, targeting, and ad buying automation.
• Develop Supply Path Optimization (SPO) strategies to ensure transparent and cost-effective media buying.
• Support technical integrations and documentation for ad tech enhancements across teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, data, and product departments to align on initiatives meeting compliance and performance goals.

Must have Skills

Industry Experience :

Prior experience in a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) or subscription-based business is preferred, signalling a well-rounded understanding of growing and retaining consumer bases in competitive landscapes.
