We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline representative of our company, interacting with our valued customers and providing them with exceptional support and assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job : On site

Location : Birmingham, AL

Pay Range : $900- $1200 per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
