Inside Sales Project Coordinator – Logan Heights

LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to present an excellent direct hire opportunity for an Inside Sales Project Coordinator located in Logan Heights. This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $47,000–$60,000 annually, plus the potential to earn monthly commissions.

The Inside Sales Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales process from initial client contact through project completion. This includes coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at building strong customer relationships while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and support

Engage with new and existing customers through phone and email communication

Assess customer needs and recommend customized product solutions

Create and deliver accurate quotes and proposals

Collaborate with sales representatives and internal departments to ensure timely execution

Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and sales documentation

Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and support follow-ups

Contribute to achieving sales targets through proactive coordination and client service

Qualifications :

2+ years of inside sales, project coordination, or related experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours : Full-time

Onsite

Monday- Friday

8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm PST

Position Details :

Location : Located in Logan Heights, San Diego

Direct hire role

Compensation : $47,000-$60,000 base plus monthly commissions
