Join Our Team at Jensen Beach Smiles as a Dental Assistant!

Are you passionate about helping patients and providing exceptional care? We are excited to have the opportunity welcome a dental assistant who brings expertise, enthusiasm, and a positive spirit to our team.

What You’ll Do :

  • Prepare treatment rooms for procedures by sterilizing instruments and setting up equipment.
  • Assist the dentist during procedures like fillings, extractions, and root canals.
  • Take and develop dental X-rays under the dentist’s guidance.
  • Perform dental impressions and prepare materials for restorations.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols while keeping the workspace clean and organized.
  • Manage inventory by ordering and maintaining dental supplies and equipment.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Completion of a dental assisting program (EFDA certification)
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience working in a dental office
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • X-ray certification is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to work as needed based on patient and doctor schedule
