Were hiring Production Assemblers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Portland, OR 97230 . This is a 2-month contract with strong potential to transition into a temp-to-perm role . The position offers a consistent weekday schedule, the possibility of overtime, and $21 / hour .

As a Production Assembler, youll operate equipment, assemble products, and ensure quality standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and eager to contribute in a hands-on, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform start-up, shutdown, changeovers, and basic maintenance on assigned machines
  • Load materials onto the line, assist with product rework, and support production flow
  • Conduct quality checks in accordance with company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with 5S practices
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Qualifications :

  • Schedule : Monday Friday, 12 : 00 PM 8 : 30 PM (Overtime may be required)
  • Previous experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Forklift experience is a plus and may be required
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Steel toe shoes are required
