DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Laundry Clerk to join our team. As a family-owned staffing company, we strive to connect quality candidates with companies that require dependable staff. The Laundry Clerk will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of laundry services by assisting in various tasks related to laundry handling and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and record incoming laundry deliveries, ensuring accuracy.
  • Sort and categorize linens and garments by type, color, and cleaning requirements.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of laundry areas, including proper storage of clean items.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient laundry operations.
  • Operate with industrial laundry machines such as, washer, dryer and folding machine.
  • SCHEDULE :

The work schedule will be a Second Shift, from 2 PM to 8-9 PM, Saturday through Wednesday.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in laundry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy loads , as required.
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Willing to adapt to varying work hours, including the possibility of weekends if necessary.
  • You must submit two employment references.

  • Starting pay is set at an attractive rate of $16 per hour
