Coordinator, Administrative Program
The David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah is seeking a full-time Administrative Program Coordinator to support the Eccles School. This dynamic role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced academic environment. This role requires a self-starter who can quickly learn new systems and processes, manage multiple priorities, and meet a variety of deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Prior experience with university or campus administrative systems is a plus. We are looking for someone who contributes to a collaborative environment, effectively communicates, and who brings a positive and professional attitude to the team.
Responsibilities include processing reimbursements and purchase requests for faculty, tracking and reconciling budgets for all academic units within the school, assisting with the contract approval process as needed, assisting with faculty travel arrangements as needed, completing the hiring process for TAs / RAs as requested by faculty, assisting with all faculty hiring and review processes, providing guidance to faculty regarding school and university policies and procedures, and other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements and Level of Frequency that may be required : Nearly continuously sitting, hearing, listening, and talking. Often repetitive hand motion (such as typing), walking. Seldom bending, reaching overhead.
Minimum Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalency, plus one year of directly related experience, demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze and make decisions related to program content, strong coordination and organizational skills, and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills.
