Are you passionate about driving environmental stewardship and ensuring compliance with evolving air quality regulations? Enbridge is seeking a dedicated professional to develop and lead a comprehensive, nationwide emissions testing compliance program for our Gas Distribution Business Unit. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory alignment across all U.S. operations - from developing policies, procedures, and training materials to guiding business units through complex state and federal emissions testing requirements.

As a trusted subject matter authority, you will provide technical direction, supervise consultants and contractors, and ensure the consistent implementation of environmental standards across the organization. You'll collaborate with Environmental Services and operational teams to review testing protocols, prepare compliance reports, and track performance through advanced data systems. Additionally, you will contribute to the analysis of new regulations, help shape Enbridge's response strategies and support environmental audits and inspections.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to :

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to : understand, remember and apply oral and / or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate / explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
