[job_card.job_description]Full-Time & Part-Time available Day & Night Shifts (Medicaid) School Positions (Mon - Fri, Day Shifts Only) Provide patient care in home care settings (Medicaid) or school-based environments. Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs, and ensure timely reporting of any changes to the medical team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients during treatment. Experience : 1-year experience for pediatrics and school-based contracts. Licensing : Clear background check (CJIS). Certifications : Benefits : Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life & AD&D Insurance Reimbursement for licensure costs In-house training opportunities School Contracts : Option for 10-month or 12-month pay (depending on the start of care). Medicaid shifts vary; weekend shifts may be required. School positions : 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday No shift differential for Medicaid or school contracts.

Job Summary :
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. The position involves providing essential care to patients in both Medicaid and school-based settings. Medicaid positions are in-home care, and school-based positions provide support during school hours. LPNs will work with patients between the ages of 7-35 in a one-to-one care environment.

Minimum 6 months of experience for Medicaid roles (non-pediatric).
Valid LPN license.
CPR and First Aid certifications.
PTO (64 hours per year)
