What You’ll Do

• Lead the recruitment process for Registered Dietitians – from posting jobs and marketing openings to interviewing and making offers
• Develop creative advertising & sourcing strategies (social media, job boards, career fairs, etc.)
• Serve as the face of NutraCo – building relationships with candidates, universities, and professional networks
• Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate, timely candidate updates
• Collaborate with clinical and client service teams to ensure hiring needs are met quickly and effectively
