Your role as the Project Director, PMO will involve leading the delivery of enterprise-wide strategic projects that align with ReSource Pro's strategy house. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff / Head of the PMO, this role will serve as a trusted advisor to VP and SVP-level stakeholders. The Project Director will manage the annual planning process across our Strategy, Finance, and Talent Organizations. In addition, the Project Director will be responsible for tracking progress across all Strategy Pillars in our newly rolled out strategy management platform.

In this role, you will...

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 10+ years' experience in project management and / or consulting
• 3+ years' experience leading enterprise-wide, global projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or willingness to obtain PMP certification)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting; Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (Tableaus, Power BI, or similar)
• Understanding of insurance and industry processes, regulations and business drivers; Experience with BPO service delivery models
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma preferred)
• Expertise in KPI development, measurement, and analysis to support strategic decision-making; Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data analytics platforms for strategic metric monitoring

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $116,520 - $197,520 annually. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
