Audit Manager

A well-established public accounting firm with a strong reputation for trusted client service is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their professional team in Torrance, CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage audit engagements for diverse clients with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Plan, execute, and supervise audit procedures ensuring accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff members.
  • Maintain strict adherence to firm policies and AICPA rules, regulations, and codes of ethics.
  • Consistently meet deadlines while managing multiple client engagements.
  • Review complex financial statements and audit documentation for quality and accuracy.

    • Qualifications

  • Active CPA license required.
  • Minimum 4 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm or related experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Proven ability to develop good working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience supervising and developing staff members.
