Tinker Federal Credit Union's Tulsa branch has an immediate opening for a Member Service Officer (MSO) ! This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the nation's leading credit unions! As a Member Service Officer (MSO) , you will be responsible for the following :

• Assisting members with opening new accounts, taking loan applications and performing financial and non-financial transactions
• Serving members with various services provided at each branch, including but not limited to assisting with providing access to safe deposit boxes
• Assisting with training other team members on a variety of topics needed to perform their duties

Salary Range :

This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate is $21.36 per hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Schedule :

8 : 45 AM - 5 : 15 PM Monday-Friday & rotating Saturdays 9 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM

Education / Experience :

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and two years applicable work experience in a closely related position is required . Financial institution experience is preferred.

Applicable education levels may be eligible to satisfy experience requirements.
