Job Summary

The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing and managing all financial operations for both the company and its franchise network. This role includes supervising billing procedures, monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations, and managing loans and other franchise-related financial obligations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, advanced financial expertise, and the ability to optimize accounting processes across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all financial processes for the company and franchise operations.

Evaluate corporate and franchise financial performance and provide actionable insights.

Ensure accuracy and compliance in billing procedures.

Manage loans, financing activities, and franchise-related financial obligations.

Direct, supervise, and monitor accounting functions and team responsibilities.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal controls.

Develop and maintain financial reports, analysis, and forecasting to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or CFA strongly preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting leadership.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and compliance.

Proven track record in leading and developing accounting / finance teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting / ERP systems.
