Asset Servicing Manager - Corporate Actions

Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Asset Servicing Manager with strong Corporate Actions experience across AMRS markets (Canada, US, LATAM) for our prestigious banking client on a project basis. This is a contract role ideal for someone who has led teams or processes but remains actively involved in BAU operations. The role also involves supporting change initiatives and improving operational controls. This role is hybrid position 3 days on-site in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight of daily Corporate Actions processing and reconciliation
• Identify and address risk / control gaps; implement process improvements
• Manage breaks and ensure timely resolution
• Contribute to change management while maintaining BAU stability
