KTOS Finance Lead Financial Analyst
This position will provide financial business support for various groups in the Key Technology, Operations & Services (KTOS) organization. The individual will report to a Finance Manager and will be responsible for designing, developing, and producing financial reporting and analysis to serve our business clients and assist in cross functional activities.
Essential Job Functions :
- Support the KTOS month-end closing process by consolidating and developing supporting commentary on financial results
- Assist in monthly forecast process for groups supported inclusive of business partner discussions, updating the forecast system, and providing forecast to forecast variance analyses
- Perform financial analysis to identify areas for financial performance improvement. Effectively communicate results, insights, and recommendations to the KTOS Finance team
- Partner with Key's management reporting group to develop cost allocation methodologies and perform financial analysis in support of cost allocations
- Maintain views of Risks & Opportunities for businesses supported to ensure that KTOS business partners are meeting performance targets.
- Assist areas supported in business case development provided financial analyses, scenario analysis, and guidance on improving the business case value drivers
- Actively participate in special projects and other requests as needed
Required Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field is required2+ years of analytical experience in Finance, Business, or related fieldExperience providing decision support and building client relationshipsTechnical / Business Acumen :
Strong financial and / or accounting acumenStrong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skillsMS Office with proficiency in Excel and PowerPointUnderstand and communicate correlation between financial results and critical business drivers / measuresOther :

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $70,000 to $80,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
