Safety Administrator | Kansas City, MO

LHH is partnering with a client that is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive  Safety Administrator  to support the safety and compliance initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees by maintaining records, coordinating training, and assisting in the implementation of safety programs.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update safety records, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and schedule safety training sessions and certifications.
  • Monitor compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support incident investigations and maintain incident logs.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with departments to promote a culture of safety.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a safety, compliance, or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Compensation : $75-80,000 annually
  • Job Type : Direct Hire
  • Benefits
  • Pay Details : $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
