We're Hiring : Manufacturing Engineer!
Lawler Manufacturing Company, Inc., a leading manufacturer of thermostatic mixing valves in North America, is seeking a detailed and self-motivated Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in manufacturing processes, and proficiency in 3D modeling software.

Key Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Engineer , you will :
Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to produce cost-effective, high-quality productsSupport customers and production teams by troubleshooting build issues and providing technical guidanceCreate, audit, and refine robust 3D models from 2D drawings with precise dimensioningAssist in the development and maintenance of our Project Data Management (PDM) system, Windchill©Construct Building Information Modeling (BIM) models and high-quality photo rendersWhat We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience with 3D modeling software (Preferred : Creo, ProE; will consider SolidWorks or Inventor)Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Windchill (Preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical and critical thinking skills – including mechanical troubleshootingAbility to self-manage and prioritize tasks with minimal supervisionExcellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous learningExperience in process improvement and quality-driven problem-solvingQualifications & Experience
Highly Preferred : Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering TechnologyRequired : High School DiplomaPreferred : Background in the plumbing industry or manufacturingPosition Details
