Job Responsibility :
1. Website & Funnel Analysis
- Analyse user behaviour through tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar
- Evaluate existing conversion funnels and identify drop-off points.
- Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability audits.
2. A / B & Multivariate Testing
Design, run, and analyse A / B or multivariate tests to compare different web page versions.3. User Research & Feedback
Collect qualitative data via surveys, interviews, and on-site feedback.Analyse customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.4. UX / UI Recommendations
Provide actionable insights on improving layout, design, messaging, and user experience.Collaborate with designers and developers to implement changes.5. Data-Driven Strategy
Develop conversion strategies tailored to business goals.Create reports that clearly show test results, findings, and ROI.6. SEO & Landing Page Optimization
Ensure optimized landing pages for both paid and organic traffic.Collaborate with SEO and PPC teams to align traffic strategies with CRO goals.7. Tool Implementation & Management
Implement tracking tools like GTM (Google Tag Manager), heatmaps, and event tracking.Ensure data integrity and tracking accuracy.Skills & Tools Commonly Required :
