About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Processing and Input Clerk to join our Information Technology department. This full-time hourly position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. What You'll Do

  • Accurately input and update data into various systems and databases, ensuring the integrity of information.
  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and consistency across all sources.
  • Ensure adherence to data security policies and confidentiality protocols.
  • Compile, organize, and maintain digital and physical records as necessary.
  • Assist in the analysis and reporting of data trends or issues for team review.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless data processing workflows.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data entry promptly.
  • Support IT operational tasks as required, including data backups and system updates.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in data processing is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in data entry or data management roles.
  • Proficiency with data entry tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and database systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations is preferred.
  • Capacity to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
  • The pay range for this role is :

    22.91 - 34.91 USD per hour(Remote (Carmel, Indiana, US))
