Position Title : Contract Coordinator
Work Location : Irvine, CA USA 92612
Assignment Duration : 3 months (possible extension)
Work Schedule / Arrangement : Hybrid (initially onsite Monday-Thursday; potential future shift to Tuesday-Thursday onsite)
Position Summary
Manage, review, negotiate, and execute a variety of company agreements, ensuring smooth processes for internal and external partners. Support team goals in a fast-paced, complex environment with sound ethical judgment and strong collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle in a contract management system
- Independently review, draft, and approve contracts, coordinating with business and legal teams as needed
- Ensure due diligence and compliance with policies / regulations
- Seek process efficiencies and workflow optimization
Qualifications & Experience
BA or two years of undergraduate education preferredMinimum 3 years relevant experience in business-related functions (e.g., purchasing, procurement, contracting, finance)Experience with contract management / vendor management programs required; SAP experience is a plusStrong communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skillsSelf-motivated, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team
